The mall works programme
Works inside operating malls are long-running, recurring appointments rather than one-off projects. The programme is organised by the kinds of work JBH is appointed for again and again — filter the record by category.
Recurring, long-running works across IOI City Mall, Phase 1 & 2, IOI Mall Puchong, IOI Mall Damansara and other operating commercial properties.

Renovation projects
Interior renovation and fit-out is JBH’s second core business, delivered as defined projects with a start, a handover and a finished space. A selection is listed here, and new projects are added as they complete.
